Appointments & Fees

Following a free telephone consultation, appointment durations are as follows:

Hypnotherapy: the initial appointment will be an hour and a half with subsequent sessions lasting one hour. The number of sessions required varies depending on the concern.

ThetaHealing™: all appointments are one hour (in person or over telephone or skype).

HypnoBirthing®: is taught over a course of four weekly 3 hour sessions or five 2 - 2.5 hour sessions. Fees are per couple/mother and birthing companion, and include all course materials (HypnoBirthing book, Rainbow Relaxation & Affirmations CD plus all course handouts) and free telephone advice throughout your pregnancy.
